Bodyshape offers a range of activities including fitness, cardio-fitness, personal coaching and also offers a uniquely friendly atmosphere to compliment your sporting desires.
Gym facilities
We have a complete selection of weight-training machines, along with a wide range of free weights, dumbbells and bar- bells. The cardio area is filled with equipment from Life Fitness, and includes running machines, cross-trainers, steppers and bikes. More about our sports facilities (Dutch).
Nothing is so relaxing as taking a sauna after working out. Bodyshape members have free access to the sauna. Our gym also offers two sun beds with facial tanner. More about our prices (Dutch).
